If your question is a simple "can I copy file xxx.yyy to dicthtml-en-it.zip, place it in the Kobo's dictionary directory" and be good to go, then I'm 99.999999% sure the answer is "No".
If your question is "Can it be done if I'm technically able and prepared to put in whatever effort is required?" then the answer is "Maybe". If the latter then the next questions would be:
- Is the Sony dictionary encrypted and, if so, can you decrypt it?
- What format is the Sony dictionary and can you extract its content in human-readable form?
If the answer to both follow-up questions is "Yes" then the answer to your original question is that it is probably possible to wrangle the Sony format into Kobo format. It will take time and effort on your part, but the Kobo dictionary structure is quite simple and is well documented elsewhere in this forum.
