I would love to find out how you got the eInk screen on a Kobo Aura One to flash brown/orange. I've never seen anything other than black/white/gray. You might want to consider trying to remove a book from your KA1 before installing KoReader which is not supplied nor supported by Kobo.
Whatever. the colors of the flashing is immaterial & depends on one's visual perception & the lighting environment. I saw the colors as somewhat different than gray.

The main point is why the screen flashing into different screens/menus when removing books?

Looks like I shouldn't even have posted any questions here.
