See attached screen captures. I have the option in my Echo Dot gen 2, but not in my Taps or Echo gen 1.
- Go to the Alexa menu and select the Alexa Devices menu item.
- Select your device.
- Scroll down to General category and select the Sounds item.
- In the Media category select the Equalizer item.
- Adjust the Bass, Midrange, and Treble to desired levels.
