Sorry If this thread is posted before,but I couldn't find it.
I have converted many pdf's and in most of them the images converted are in black and white as attached below link can show.
How to convert these pdf (which are obviously pirated and only available in pdf format until now.) into .mobi format so I and many more students can view that book with proper images.
