Is it possible to sync DeDRM books across PC, Android device and a Kindle E-reader.

I jump around between devices a lot for reading. My main goal is to be taking notes and then export them across all 3 (I have designed a small script that cleans the .html notes export)

Sometimes I want to keep an electronic copy after purchasing a physical copy but it's impossible to sync anything at that point.

Do you guys have experience with this?
