note app issue when exporting pdf

Hi there,

I have a file with 13 pages of notes. I tried to export it to pdf and after more than 5 minutes, it still didn't finish (so I cancelled it). I did this 2 times and now I tried a third one: waited for more than 20 minutes and still didn't succeed. In the mean time the screen went to sleep twice, so I'm sure it was not frozen.

Is someone else experiencing this?

For the record, I updated the firmware from the cloud (to 1.9.0) on Sunday. However, as I wanted to get the screen lock, last night I updated the firmware locally to the version provided by cqman in https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...6&postcount=29

Unfortunately, that version could not read the notes I took before, so today I updated the firmware again from the cloud (going back to the official 1.9.0 from 03.07). I don't know if this is the reason why is taking for ever now. For notes of 6 pages it seems to be still ok, but with 7 it's taking more than 10 min. I do have the impression than yesterday it was faster before I tried the screen lock (because I exported a file of 10 pages and don't remember waiting), but I didn't test it consciously, so I don't know if it was really the case.

Does anyone know how to reset the Boox Note it to the original firmware?
