Thanks for the suggestion. I tried to find The Great Halifax Explosion in paper form today, for my Mother's birthday next week, but apparently it just isn't available (at least here in the UK). I'll have to see if The Town that Died is. She has a Kindle, but just doesn't really get on with it, so a DTB it has to be.
