That makes sense. You ultimately wish to replace those TXT 'marker books' with CBZ. The test for CBZ in the Library is to avoid books with other formats that are on the device.

Personally, I would work from Library view and just (re)send ALL CBZ that have ondevice:true. Then switch to device view and clean out the extra TXT, formats:CBZ and formats:TXT
