InLibrary and OnDevice are nearly the same thing, just from the perspective of the view (Device vs Library)

Tell us what you want to accomplish (in words) and hopefully someone will come up with a term.

BTW you CAN only use ondevice or inlibrary from within the view that the column appears

ondevice: true and formats:EPUB is valid in Library view
