I've been managing my ebooks with Calibre, so my usual way of opening up a book on my Android device is to launch it from one of the Calibre Companion widgets.

I have it configured to use Moon+Reader.

Recently this has starred to not always work. Instead of loading the book,v it displays a start page suggesting a number of places I can download books - Gutenberg, et al.

Any ideas on how to stop this?
