As Kevin already said, this is probably a lost cause to do this in Sigil without detailed knowledge of C++ and Qt.
MS Research have an ontology add-in tool for Word, it's on the Codeplex archive ==>> Word Add-in For Ontology Recognition

It's geared towards scientific documents, but could probably be made to work with fiction.
