  • in calibre editor->tools->reports, save the CSV to your desktop (words.csv),
  • open it in Nirsoft's CSVFileView,
  • select all (Ctrl+A),
  • right click,
  • save as HTML (words.html),
  • open words.html in an editor (e.g. Notepad++) - if CSVFileView didn't do it for you,
  • select all (Ctrl+A),
  • copy to clipboard (Ctrl+C)
  • Open the metadata editor for the book
  • Paste clipboard (Ctrl+V) into the Comments or an HTML long-text custom column
  • Click OK
