Adding Books metadate via filename

Ok Im lost with this regular expression thingy when adding books to Calibre.

Seeking some help here I have file names as the current

1)
Code:
Stones into Schools Afghanistan and Pakistan - Seth Morison [2015] [9780451524935].pdf
2)
Code:
Stones into Schools Afghanistan and Pakistan - Greg Mortenson 2015 [9780451524935].epub
3)
Code:
 A bunch of mombo - author name 2018 [9780451524935]
What would be the best way to import my files to my Calibre library.

I might add, that my file names are horrible! However, every file I have on my harddrive contains the ISBN number of each book wither within square brackets
Code:
[9780451524935]
or out of the brackets
Code:
9780451524935
Is there a way to have some smart search for metadata by first finding the 13 numeric (ISBN number) from the file name?
