I know it runs on Windows and MacOS, not sure about Linux.

I use 'Night Mode", which is built into W10. Unfortunately, it does not adjust USB attached Video cards . (I used to have manuals spread around me when I worked. Now I just throw up the Digital Manual onto another display)
