Once I triggered this by doing a failed search in a PDF. A firmware update may have fixed this as it hasn't reoccured.
Quite frequently if I leave wifi on, it gets stuck in an update cycle, forever trying to do something. Sometimes turning off wifi for a while fixes this, but sometimes it keeps trying to update even with wifi off. Turning off wifi and then rebooting usually fixes this and it doesn't come back right away when the wifi is turned back on.

Thank you for your input. I don't think this applies to me, as I've power cycled my device several times, even did more than one hard reset. I've ordered a new battery and I hope that will fix it. I was hoping on keeping my Glo for several years at least
