I agree with you 100% ... tags are better than folders. Some people just dont get "tags". Folders are vestiges of DOS, Outlook and tons of other apps that basically lock people into the "folder paradigm"
I would rather see tags than folders if it came to that in the Kindle. Tags allow a book to be in two or more "places" at once. For instance a book could be tagged as a mystery and thriller, using the folder paradigm it's either one or the other (unless the book file existed in both folders, which probably cant happen to begin with and it would be a waste of space if it could).
