I actually discovered my solution when trying to prepare a scrambled sample for you - scramble plugin does not rename HTML files (and they contained book title in this case).
I'll try to modify the scrambled book to preserve general file naming patterns while changing them to gibberish, see if it's still problematic, and if so, post it here.
