Looking back, I sent you an image a while ago. Can you check that it is the right one? The file name will have included "Aura HD" as part of the name.

Other than making sure all the cables are connected properly, the only other suggestion is to replace the SD card. It is the only other replaceable part in the device. But, I wouldn't expect that to cause the CPU to over heat.
