Yeah, I had that feeling when I switched up to Barre work. I've had a barre in the house for years, but at one point, it had fallen by the wayside. Went back to it and couldn't BELIEVE how out of shape my back and glutes felt, compared to being barre-fit. ;-)

I have had both of my knees surgically repaired. I blew the left one out, and then I put so much strain on my right one during the rehab for the left, that I had to get it fixed too.

I make magical creaking sounds when doing squats, lunges, and burpees.
My sounds are not ones I'd describe as magical, LOL! Both of mine creak and click and clack. My neck can make a sound like a zipper, snort!
