I don't have much issue getting back into a routine with the rower if I miss a bit here or there. But when we decide to embark on a new training program (see Darebee.com), I always
feel out of shape. New muscles, new moves, different cardio levels - gets me every time.

I feel you.
I have had both of my knees surgically repaired. I blew the left one out, and then I put so much strain on my right one during the rehab for the left, that I had to get it fixed too.
I make magical creaking sounds when doing squats, lunges, and burpees.
