It is not only for Brits... I have been using it for a month, since I discovered it. I don't know exactly how restrictions on a country basis apply, but I think that only USA and Canada are excluded.
Its marvellous!! I don't know how a service like this will affect "legal" music, but I'm sure that it will decrease piracy!
