The device is Kobo N613, so I think this is a Glo model.
I had a look is the card wasn't loose inside and I dropped it somewhere during removal of the back cover, but I can't find it anywhere (unless my dog decided to eat it).
Could you please tell me how to format / prepare the new card and install the firmware?
