No, not from the standard settings anyway. And I haven't seen a tweak for it.
But for kepubs (books bought from Kobo or sideloaded as kepubs with Calibre Kobo Utilities plugin) you can choose to either see pages/progress per book or pages/progress per chapter on page two of the reading settings (toggle through pages/progress view by tapping the footer while reading); and you can see chapter progress in time in the statistics (bring up the menu while reading, and tap the chart in the bottom bar).
