Linux Libertine, EB Garamond, and Zilla Slab are very complete with many boldness levels and glyphes.
For my FONT_RAMP file, I use the values:
8.00 8.25 8.50 8.75 9.00 9.25 9.50 9.75 10.00 10.25 10.50 10.75 11.00 11.25
