Yeah, I can tell by the errors/code that something is rare-ish about some of the pictures in your docx. I think some of them must be stored as binary image data or something.
Can you get me a copy of the document without violating copyright? Even if you have to strip out the text and leave some of the problematic images, it would probably be helpful.
Just make sure you don't post copyrighted material to MobileRead, please.
