if yes, turn it off.
turn off wifi.
(putting in "airplane" mode will do both)
fully charge, try the same test again.
If the same thing happens, return it for exchange, it has something wrong with it.
If it is a "refurbished" unit, just return it for exchange, it has something wrong with it.
