For example, Orange County has over 100,000 ebooks in Overdrive's English collection plus those in Hoopla, Freading, Axis360 and epulp. Cost is $125 and can be done online.

Lee County has about 77,000 titles and the fee is $60/yr but must apply in person.

Hillsborough County has over 135,000 titles plus Freading and Hoopla for $100/yr but may need to apply in person.
