Offline dictionary for Overdrive
I am reading epub format books in Overdrive app in my Nokia Lumia 2520 Windows RT 8.1 tablet. This tablet is limited to Microsoft store apps that will work for ARM-based devices. If I am connected to wi-fi the dictionary gives 3 choices-dictionary, google or wiki. I am looking for offline dictionary similar to Livio that is available for Android.
