Nope. You have Paperwhite 1 aka Paperwhite 5th gen and the latest firmware available for that model is 5.6.1.1. That model is no longer receiving software updates.

So if you want bolder/darker fonts your only choice is using a font editor / font creator to modify the ttf files and make the glyphs bolder.
