I like Barry Glendenning, he co-hosts a radio program I listen to while cooking Sunday lunch. He's often introduced as "not as fat as he sounds" . I think he's right though, it's really not a question of whether England will make fools of themselves, but how.

3-0 to the Russians now, but I doubt this will be the best quality game we see this World Cup.
