I'm not sure if it's that easy. It looks like the Oxford dictionaries may be available for PocketBook eReaders (at least used to be). Here's a link to one of them at Bookland.

They even have instructions on how to install them on PocketBook readers.

(I'm guessing the New Oxford American Dictionary may not be the one you want, though.)
