True, there's no perfect e-reader. That said, while the Kobo is more configurable, I find the default settings, operation and physical design on the Kindle to work better.
It's like Kobo is Android and Kindle is iOS. You can customize the former more but even
my grandmother can operate the latter (emphasis on "my" as I'm sure there are plenty of senior citizens who will take umbrage with generalization).
Mind, I've only had the Aura HD and Glo HD. From pics, it looks like the Clara HD with its more rounded bottom corners might be more comfortable than the Aura HD/Glo HD.
