FWIW, Good Ereader are stating that the Note S will be shipping in July and are already taking preorders. They're charging $389 for it.

However, I would be very hesitant about entering into any financial commitments with them given how they have handled their Indiegogo campaign which was unceremoniously shuttered by Indiegogo.
