How come, when I polish my books to update the cover in the bookfiles and remove a previously inserted book jacket, it still leaves the image*.jpeg inside the epub-file ?
I'm asking because another book-app I use finds the image*.jpeg inside and rather uses that one than the cover.jpg made by calibre (internal & external).
Is there an explanation for this ?
I can only overturn this by manually editing the epub and deleting the old covers that are named image*.jpeg
