Capacitive screens often don't play nice with my skin for some reason. I visit some office buildings that have it in their elevator buttons and I often just wait for someone else to come along to finally push it.

And the glove issue... I take my reader with me everywhere, reading on public transportation, stopping to read while out hiking, and in cold weather. I live in a temperature range of 100° down to -15°F, there's no way I'm spending money on 4 or 5 different weight gloves with the special conductive material in a finger, nor will I ruin my gloves by sewing it in myself, some get pretty expensive for cold weather. There's also the times when you're wearing 2 pairs of gloves, would that even work then? Those special gloves also limit you to using the one designated finger, and how I swipe depends on how I'm holding it, I even use my thumbs on both hands at times.

A capacitive reader just isn't workable for me. The glove issue makes me wonder why anyone would want one, unless of course they only read in their warm and cozy homes.
