Device: More than I need, but not as many as I would like.
Although I hadn't personally experienced any scratches on my Note, I got a little bit worried after reading about the experiences of Max2 users and after seeing the posted photo of the scratched Note.

Completely unacceptable in my opinion.

If such a problem is known, screen protectors should be freely provided, although they should ideally be installed in the manufacturing stage.

As a precaution, I ordered three such screen protectors from Amazon.com. The first. I messed up. The second worked well enough. The several small air bubbles are from slight pieces of dust. The third screen protector, I have kept as a reserve.

Because the screen protectors were considered "add ons" by Amazon, I had to order some other merchandise which I didn't really need to get them. Obviously, that added to the cost of an already expensive device.

I am very happy with my Note, and don't regret my purchase. However, I think that Onyx could have and should have done much better by its customers.
