And it turns out it was the Long Text column I setup to handle the Saved Metadata Column information that was causing the problem. I had left it on the default option of HTML. I wonder if I switch it to plain text, if that will fix things? Hmm.

Update: Changing the Long Text field to Plain Text from HTML fixed the issue. I'm all good now.
