Been a bit of a topsy-turvy weekend here.
Our power went out on Friday night around 11 and stayed off until 10 Saturday morning. For anyone in the Southern part of the US, you can understand how miserable a night we had in the heat and humidity. As such, we were really zoned out and tired on Saturday. We trotted downstairs to discover the cable TV and internet (same service) were down. They stayed down until late last night.
But since you are meant to use your brain when you are tired, we played board games all day and well into the evening. Today will be much of the same, interspersed with laundry. But hooray for the return of internet AND A/C.
