I'm trying to tell you that I have no idea what the problem is. That plugin is not hosted here. It's not in our plugin index, and it doesn't have a support thread here. In short... we know nothing about this plugin. I repeat: have you tried contacting the plugin author via the github issue database where the code is hosted?
