Live CSS Not Working after Update

Immediately after updating to 3.24 today, the Live CSS feature in the editor stopped working for me. It gives the panel all right, but no matter where you position the cursor in the text, nothing appears inside. Running Ubuntu 16.04. Image attached.

I tried it with several books, specifically ones that worked yesterday, and rebooted everything, but no luck. Once or twice, very briefly, some live CSS data appeared in the panel, but it did not match the cursor position, and any action caused it to disappear. But now I can't get even a flicker.

Anyone else see this? Ideas?

Thanks.
