You do know that Android is Google, right? So I guess you could say that Chrome OS is as Google as Android is, which is why Chrome OS now has the Google Play store and can install and run Android apps.

Google is rumored to be merging/replacing Android and Chrome OS with one called Fuchsia

Though I like Microsoft and Android, if you're a privacy geek that wants a tablet, you might want to get an Apple device. I'm not an Apple fan, but they seem to take their customer's privacy more seriously than Google does, or Microsoft since the release of Windows 10.
