I think that this post could be "legally" made on this thread, the non-fiction thread, and/or the Whispersync deals thread . . . .
The audiobook
Wait, What?: And Life's Other Essential Questions, by James E. Ryan, was the Audible Deal of the Day a couple of days ago. The
ebook, which appears to be the same edition (and how could there be a different edition of a
speech, anyway?) is currently on sale for $1.99.
If you like ebooks, but not audiobooks, this might be for you. However, I envision someone who bought the 99 cent audiobook in the DoD wanting to buy this inexpensive ebook, too--especially if the two sync together.
I am 99.9% sure that that does happen--when you buy an ebook with Amazon, and then later the audiobook with Audible, or vice versa, the two will automatically sync together. You do not have to buy the two at the same time in order to get that benefit.
If I am wrong about that, by all means, please make a post to that effect.
So, your total outlay for the deal would be only $2.98 ($1.99-ebook + $0.99-audiobook).
Here's the
webpage at Amazon for the Wait, What? ebook.
