If you are not in Australia or New Zealand then you won't normally be able to see the retail prices there, except for some retailers where the country code can be changed in the URL e.g. the nz in
www.kobo.com/nz/en/ebook/provenance-19 for Kobo New Zealand. or the au in
itunes.apple.com/au/book/provenance/id1209016883 for Apple Australia.
(Edit: Prices have gone back up now, that was only a one-day sale it seems.)
