Second tea of the day.
I finished off my large canister of "generic" Chinese Oolong yesterday. It was good, but strong and a bit temperamental about brewing times and temperature. It has become one of my "regulars."
The package I just opened is a Taiwanese Oolong. It's milder and a bit more forgiving ... and a bit more expensive. I've had it before, and it's very good.
I've got some more tea on the shelf but I'd be more comfortable if the local Asian Market stocked up on the "everyday" teas again.
