All you wrote above can be easily done with USB OTG, all people that need this should send an email to Onyx support and ask to solve this bug in the kernel as I did and problem solved, you don't need an SDCard.

NOTE: The file android.hardware.usb.host.xml is present in my Note because I checked through adb.
