Note 10.3 is a better general purpose device overall. It also has better hardware specs. Remarkable is possibly better for note taking experience alone, but arguably worse for everything else.

Based on the history of negative feedback here, I would recommend avoiding the goodereader store.The ereader.store in Germany is legit: while it isn't "perfect", it does have good reputation in this community.
