It's beautiful today, sunny and around 23C. The cats and I have been in the garden. They were hiding in the shade (I had a talk to them a while ago about protecting their ears from the sun; they seem to have listened) with blissful expressions, while I was doing some Zentangling/doodling.

I need this weather in order to drive off the winter blues and build up some vitamin D - I have a diagnosed deficiency and take supplements. I was beginning to think that the blink of sunshine we had about a month ago was Britain's summer!

The cats are still out there, but I've come indoors for a while.
