Update v.1.3 | 6 May 2018.

I can’t recall that I did this, but I just found it on my hard drive, so I have obviously proofed the following books against the first British editions (mostly):

The Inheritors against the 1901 William Heinemann edition;

Under Western Eyes against the 1911 Methuen & Co. Ltd. edition;

A Personal Record/Some reminiscences against the 1912 Eveleigh Nash edition;

Victory against the sixth Methuen & Co. Ltd. edition from 1917;

The Rescue against the 1920 J.M. Dent & Sons Ltd. edition;

Notes on Life and Letters against the 1921 J.M. Dent & Sons Ltd. edition;

The Rover against the fourth T. Fisher Unwin, Ltd. impression from 1924; and

Last Essays against the 1926 J.M. Dent & Sons Ltd. edition;

Thousands of mistakes and variants must have been corrected. Also, all of these (except The Rover and Last Essays) and all of the proofed books from version 1.2 now have their page numbers, which can be displayed by deleting “display: none; ” from the <del> element in the stylesheet.
