Is there a way to create "collections" similar to how the Kindle uses them?

For example, I would like my News downloads to go in to a News "Collection" in Calibre, that is then carried over to the KA1 whenever I plug in and sync.

Similar for Library books I've downloaded in ADE and then push over to the Kindle (I use Calbribe to sync my Library books not ADE).

I would have to manually add books in Calibre to my "Library" collection, but again, would want that propagated to my KA1 in a Collection over there as well.
