The short answer is, are you seeing problems? If not there is no reason to rollback. And the device won't download older firmware.

The longer answer...

We don't actually know why Kobo stopped rolling the firmware out. If the problem is the one being discussed, it probably does affect all devices, but the Glo and Touch are the ones it is most noticeable on. But, no matter what the problem is, pulling it from all devices makes sense until they know for sure. It is possible they will enable it again for some devices if they decide some aren't affected.
